- To provide an intense taster in simple procedures
- To give junior doctors or senior medical students keen on surgery the opportunity to practice important surgical techniques which can be used throughout their career

- Surgical gowning and gloving
- Suture techniques
- Surgical knots
- Bronchoscopy techniques
- Thoracocentesis
- Chest drain insertion
- VATS basic skills
- Vessel anastomosis
