Aim: To help candidates prepare for the European and British Transoesophageal Echocardiography accreditation exams
Multidisciplinary comprehensive course on all aspects of ECMO in the adult patient. Course to include: Cardiac and respiratory support, Case-scenario and computer simulation, Basic physiology to ethical challenges, Practical sessions and bench cannulation, Theoretical and practical assessment
Aims: Gain theoretical and practical skills in focused echocardiography, chest ultrasound, and ultrasound-guided intervention in Critical Care. Identify and differentiate common cardiac pathologies and distinguish normal thoracic anatomy from diseases.
Both courses provide the delegates with the pre-requisite information required to successfully complete the ARTP spirometry certification and appear on the national ARTP Spirometry register
